You can also use the Griddler as a contact grill and cook both sides of your sandwich at once, or lay both flat for a larger surface to grill vegetables. A floating lid means you can stack that sandwich with as much meat and cheese as your heart desires – the special hinges ensure the top gently presses down on the bun no matter the thickness.
