The Brick Price is Right Live South Edmonton Common Play to Win

The Contest shall be conducted by The Brick Warehouse LP (“The Brick”) exclusively at The Brick’s South Edmonton Common store at 1920 - 99 Street NW, Edmonton, AB, T6K 1K9 (hereinafter referred to as “Store”). A participant shall be referred to as “You” or “Your”.

1. HOW TO ENTER AND PLAY:

To enter the Contest to play the Plinko game LIVE to win a prize, You must attend the Store on the Contest Date during the timeframe identified below.

March 7, 2026 from 10:00 A.M. – 11:55 A.M.

You have only 2 HOURS to enter the Contest—from Store opening at 10:00 AM MT until the beginning of the game at 11:55 A.M MT on March 7, 2026.

You need to sign in and confirm your acceptance of the Prize Rules at the customer service counter.

You must have signed up and be present in the Store during the Game Time in order to be able to play.

At 12:00 PM MT, the opportunity to enter the Contest will be closed.

March 7, 2026, at 12:00 PM MT – 2:00 P.M.: (“Game Time”)

A Store representative will call out the Contestants in the order that they registered, one by one.

Each Contestant will play the giant Plinko game in the Store.

The Plinko game will have prizes on the bottom row indicating which Prize You have won.

If You win one of the Grand Prizes, Your prize will be revealed by drawing back a curtain where a Grand Prize will be identified on a card behind the curtain.

Once that Grand Prize has been won, a sales associate will replace that Grand Prize with a new, randomly selected Prize from the pool of Grand Prizes. This process will continue until the end of the game at 2:00 P.M. Once the Game Time has ended, no more Contestants will be called, regardless of the number of remaining Contestants that have signed up but have not participated.

March 7, 2026, at 2:00 PM MT – GAME OVER

Odds

Odds of being chosen to play the Plinko game and win a Prize depend on the number of customers who have signed up to be Contestants at the Store during the above-stated timelines. Odds decrease as the number of Contestants ahead of You increase.

Odds of winning a Prize, if You have been chosen to play, are 100%.

2. WHO CAN ENTER:

The Contest is open to all residents of Alberta, who have reached the age of majority in the Province in which they reside, on or before the Draw Date except employees, representatives, agents, and affiliates of The Brick and Leon's Furniture Ltd, and all people employed as contractors or sub-contractors of The Brick, and their immediate family members living in the same household.

You agree to abide by the Contest Rules as set out herein, subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws.

It is a condition of eligibility that the winner authorizes The Brick to announce and publish his/her name, address and photograph, without remuneration or consideration, in any forthcoming publicity.

Total maximum value of the Prize is $25,944.00.

* All Shopping Spree and In-Store Credit winners will have their Prize amount credited to their internal Brick customer profile, which can be accessed at any Store location.

** The Game Ticket Winner is responsible for all expenses, costs, or fees associated with travel and transportation to the game.

The value of the Shopping Spree and In-Store Credit must be used within two years from the date of the end of the Contest. Once the product selection has been made, The Brick will arrange for delivery of the chosen product to the Winner living within 100 km of a Brick store, if the product is of substantive size. Should the prize Winner live outside of the specified delivery area, The Brick will ship the prize to the Distribution Centre/Store closest to them.

The Brick’s Price Guarantee and Price Protection policies as published from time to time shall not be applicable to this Prize. The Brick’s liability for defective merchandise shall be limited to repairing defective or, where appropriate, to exchanging such defective goods within the manufacturer’s warranty period and in accordance with such warranties. In no case shall The Brick refund or otherwise compensate the winner beyond repairing or exchanging defective goods.

4. DECLARING A WINNER:

All Prize Winners must:

1. Immediately answer a time-limited, arithmetical skill-testing question without the assistance of any person or mechanical/recording device(s). The skill-testing process shall be administered at the Store following Your Plinko game;
2. Execute a declaration and release form confirming compliance with the Contest Rules and acceptance of the Prize; and
3. Should any Winner fail to answer the skill-testing question correctly, that person will be disqualified.

5. ADDITIONAL TERMS:

By participating, You agree that: a) these Official Contest Rules and The Brick’s records of the Contestant sign-up order or any other aspect of this Contest shall be final and conclusive in all respects; and b) release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless The Brick and its trustees, directors, officers, and employees from any liability, claims, damages, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever which they, their heirs, successors, assigns, executors, or administrators may now or hereafter have directly or indirectly against them or any of them in respect of or relating to the Contest and/or the acceptance or use, misuse, or possession of any prize.

6. PRIVACY POLICY

The Brick will use the contact information provided in contest entries for administration of this Contest and/or to ascertain Your needs and market to You. We may communicate with You for any of these purposes by telephone, fax, text messaging, or other electronic means, and automatic dialing-announcing device, at the numbers You have provided us, or by internet, mail, email and other methods. By entering this Contest, You acknowledge and agree to give permission to The Brick to collect, use and disclose Your personal information in accordance with The Brick’s privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”). The Brick is committed to protecting the privacy of the personal information You have provided herein. The Brick reserves the right to amend or vary the Official Contest Rules, including the imposition or addition of new rules which are deemed by The Brick, in its sole discretion, necessary for business efficacy.
