The Brick Nova Scotia Contest 2026

The Contest shall be conducted by The Brick Warehouse LP (“The Brick”) exclusively at The Brick’s Nova Scotia locations, as follows:

1. Bridgewater, 76 High Street, Bridgewater NS;
2. Liverpool, 236 Main Street, Liverpool NS;
3. Barrington Passage, 3542 Hwy 3, Barrington Passage NS;
4. Halifax, 192 Chain Lake Drive, Halifax, NS;
5. Amherst, 21068 Hwy 2, Amherst, NS
6. New Glasgow, 280 Stellarton Road, New Glasgow, NS

(Hereinafter referred to as “Store(s)”). A participant shall be referred to as “You” or “Your”.

(“Contest Period” Commencing) Friday, May 22, 2026, at 07:00 a.m. MT Friday, May 22, 2026, at 07:00 a.m. MT until the close of business on Wednesday, June 8, 2026, at 10:00 p.m. MT.

No purchase is necessary in order to participate in this Contest.

1. HOW TO ENTER

If You finalize a sale of product purchased at any of the Stores during the Contest Period, using any payment method, You will be automatically entered in the Contest.

No purchase necessary method (“NPN”) of entry:

To enter the Contest without purchase, You must attend a Store to scan the exclusive Contest QR code. A sales associate will direct You to a QR code that will take You to the online entry ballot. You must complete and submit the online entry (“Entry/Entries”).

“Draw Date” – Monday, June 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM MT

Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of Entries submitted during the Contest Date. Odds decrease as the number of Entries increase.

2. WHO CAN ENTER:

The Contest is open to all residents of Nova Scotia who have reached the age of majority on or before the Draw Date except employees, representatives, agents, and affiliates of The Brick and Leon's Furniture Ltd, and all people employed as contractors or sub-contractors of The Brick, and their immediate family members living in the same household.

You agree to abide by the Contest Rules as set out herein, subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws.

It is a condition of eligibility that the winner authorizes The Brick to announce and publish his/her name, address and photograph, without remuneration or consideration, in any forthcoming publicity.

PRIZES:

There is one (1) Prize to be won.

$5,000 Brick Shopping Spree: $5,000.00

Total maximum value of the Prize is $5,000.00

Once the Shopping Spree Winner has been confirmed, the Winner will have 14 days to use the Shopping Spree. Once the product selection has been made, The Brick will arrange for delivery of their chosen product to the Winner living within 100 km of a Brick store. Should the prize Winner live outside of the specified delivery area, The Brick will ship the prize to the Distribution Centre/Store closest to them.

The Brick’s Price Guarantee and Price Protection policies as published from time to time shall not be applicable to this Prize. The Brick’s liability for defective merchandise shall be limited to repairing defective or, where appropriate, to exchanging such defective goods within the manufacturer’s warranty period and in accordance with such warranties. In no case shall The Brick refund or otherwise compensate the winner beyond repairing or exchanging defective goods.

3. DRAW PROCEDURES:

On the Draw Date, a representative from The Brick’s Corporate office in Edmonton, Alberta, will use a program to extract the Contact Information of all Entries that have been submitted during the Contest Date, then draw and record two (2) Entries to obtain the winner (“Eligible Winner”). The additional entry drawn is a back-up entry in the event that the initial Eligible Winner is non-responsive after contact, fails to comply with the Contest Rules, or are unable to complete the skill-testing question (“Alternate Winner”).

The Brick representative will use his/her reasonable efforts to contact the Eligible Winner via the Entrant’s Contact Information after the Draw Date. If an Eligible Winner cannot be reached by this contact method or has not contacted The Brick within three (3) days of The Brick leaving messages to do so (“Contact Date”), then that person will be disqualified, and The Brick shall proceed to contact the Alternate Winner.

4. DECLARING A WINNER:

An Eligible Winner whose name has been selected on the Draw Date must:

1. Within three (3) business days following the Contact Date, correctly answer a time-limited, arithmetical skill-testing question without the assistance of any person or mechanical/recording device(s). The skill-testing process shall be administered at a pre-arranged time and place;
2. Execute a declaration and release form confirming compliance with the Contest Rules and acceptance of the Prize; and
3. Should any Eligible Winner fail to answer the skill-testing question correctly or is unable to attend at the time and place designated by The Brick for the administration of same, that person will be disqualified and The Brick shall proceed to contact the next Alternate Winner, and so on until one person has been contacted and deemed eligible according to the Contest Rules.

5. ADDITIONAL TERMS:

By participating, You agree that: a) these Official Contest Rules and The Brick’s records of the draw or any other aspect of this Contest shall be final and conclusive in all respects; and b) release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless The Brick and its trustees, directors, officers, and employees from any liability, claims, damages, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever which they, their heirs, successors, assigns, executors, or administrators may now or hereafter have directly or indirectly against them or any of them in respect of or relating to the Contest and/or the acceptance or use, misuse, or possession of any prize.

6. PRIVACY POLICY

The Brick will use the contact information provided in contest entries for administration of this Contest and/or to ascertain Your needs and market to You. We may communicate with You for any of these purposes by telephone, fax, text messaging, or other electronic means, and automatic dialing-announcing device, at the numbers You have provided us, or by internet, mail, email and other methods. By entering this Contest, You acknowledge and agree to give permission to The Brick to collect, use and disclose Your personal information in accordance with The Brick’s privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”). The Brick is committed to protecting the privacy of the personal information You have provided herein. 7. OTHER

The Brick reserves the right to amend or vary the Official Contest Rules, including the imposition or addition of new rules which are deemed by The Brick, in its sole discretion, necessary for business efficacy.
