Price is Right Live August 2026 Contest

The Contest shall be conducted by The Brick Warehouse LP (“The Brick”) at all Brick locations, (hereinafter referred to as a “Store”). A participant shall be referred to as “You” or “Your”.

Contest: Commencing Thursday, July 30th, 2026, from the start of business until the close of business on Wednesday, August 12th, 2026. (“Contest Period”).

No purchase is necessary in order to participate in this Contest.

1. HOW TO ENTER

No purchase necessary method (“NPM”) of entry:

To enter, You must attend a Store to play the online Disc-Drop game. A sales associate will direct You to the game play location. You must complete and submit the entry form to play (Entries to be referred to as “Entry/Entries”).

Winners are instantly notified during their game play. Wins are to be recorded immediately with a salesperson or manager at the Store. Physical prize Winners must fill out a Prize Claim Form immediately.

2. WHO CAN ENTER:

The Contest is open to all residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in the Province in which they reside, on or before the Contest period, except employees, representatives, agents, and affiliates of The Brick and Leon's Furniture Ltd., and all people employed as contractors or sub-contractors of The Brick, and their immediate family members living in the same household.

You agree to abide by the Contest Rules as set out herein, subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws.

It is a condition of eligibility that the winner authorizes The Brick to announce and publish his/her name, address and photograph, without remuneration or consideration, in any forthcoming publicity.

3. PRIZES:

There are 18,000 Prizes to be won.

* Should “Free Delivery” already be a Brick promotion associated with Your in-progress purchase and You win a Free Delivery prize, You have the option of choosing to accept a $25.00 Brick Gift Card, which can immediately be applied to Your purchase, or can be used any time after purchase.

** Prize value is based on a Canadian sales average-- exact dollar amount may differ depending on location and choice of prize, if applicable.

***The “5% Off Your Furniture & Mattress Purchase” Winners will have the value of their Prize applied to their current Furniture and Mattress purchase before finalization of the sale. The Brick will NOT refund any warranties or administration fees for deferring payment on their Brick Card. Discount only valid on furniture, decor and mattresses. Appliances, electronics and other categories not included. “5% Off Your Furniture & Mattress Purchase” prizes MUST be used within 14 days of the date that the Prize is won.

4. DECLARING A WINNER:

An Eligible Winner who has won any Prize must:

1. Immediately notify a Brick staff member of their win and show proof on the screen.
2. “5% Off Your Furniture & Mattress Purchase” and “Free Delivery” Winners must use their Prize on a purchase which must be processed within 14 days;
• Immediately following the game play, Physical Prize Winners must correctly answer a time-limited, arithmetical skill-testing question without the assistance of any person or mechanical/recording device(s); Execute a declaration and release form confirming compliance with the Contest Rules and acceptance of the Prize; and
3. Should any Eligible Winner fail to answer the skill-testing question correctly, that person will be disqualified.

5. ADDITIONAL TERMS:

By participating, You agree that: a) these Official Contest Rules and The Brick’s records of the Contest or any other aspect of this Contest shall be final and conclusive in all respects; and b) release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless The Brick and its trustees, directors, officers, and employees from any liability, claims, damages, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever which they, their heirs, successors, assigns, executors, or administrators may now or hereafter have directly or indirectly against them or any of them in respect of or relating to the Contest and/or the acceptance or use, misuse, or possession of any prize.

6. PRIVACY POLICY

The Brick will use the contact information provided in contest entries for administration of this Contest and/or to ascertain Your needs and market to You. We may communicate with You for any of these purposes by telephone, fax, text messaging, or other electronic means, and automatic dialing-announcing device, at the numbers You have provided us, or by internet, mail, email and other methods. By entering this Contest, You acknowledge and agree to give permission to The Brick to collect, use and disclose Your personal information in accordance with The Brick’s privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”). The Brick is committed to protecting the privacy of the personal information You have provided herein. 7. OTHER

The Brick reserves the right to amend or vary the Official Contest Rules, including the imposition or addition of new rules which are deemed by The Brick, in its sole discretion, necessary for business efficacy.
